Here is a brief synopsis of what happened to me and you will see why I have adopted the 24 day rule. I won an auction for an original “Revenge of the Jedi Poster”. I paid the buyer ($180)within a few minuets of winning the auction. I waited for 2 weeks no poster. Sent e-mail to seller inquiring about the shipment of the poster. He claimed that he had shipped it already. Waited 1 more week still no poster. E-mailed again same lame response. Shortly after this I received an e-mail from another person that one the same poster from the same seller a week before I won mine. He had not received his yet and wondered if I had received mine. My response was of course no and he forwarded me the e-mails that this seller had sent to him. They were the exact same responses that had been sent to me. At that point I contacted Paypal and told them what was going on. They told me that there was nothing that they could do because it had been more that thirty days. Hence the 24 day e-bay rule was adopted at the Master Yoda household.jmaxwell007 said:*mental note: dont mess around with master yoda*
