blizzard beach

Has anyone out there ever gone straight to Blizzard beach after spending the morning (emh) at Animal Kingdom? It seems like the bus goes there anyways and i was hoping that maybe it wouldn't be as busy in the afternoon.

Hey! When we went in July last year, we did exactly that. While the buses aren't as busy, the parks still are!

I was wondering if it starts to thin out as the day goes? I figure to get there around 1:00 (may 2016) and have the kids go to the slides/wave pool that are least crowded and hope that as the afternoon goes on; the main attractions would thin out?

thank you

To be honest, most people have the same idea, so when we went it didn't really thin out at all!!

The water parks tend to get very busy that time of year, and since they aren't open past dark...there really isn't a slow time for them. Honestly...the best time to go is right when they first open. You can claim your chairs and then go hit the slides.

What about going to typhoon beach first thing in the morning ? Is there a bus that will take you to epcot when you are done? I guess i am trying to figure out ways where i can eliminate 1 bus trip
