Look at touringplans.com and figure out what you want to do.

Getting there for opening is best!!! You will get a chair and have short lines for the slides, if you want to ride them. If you don't get a chair, you'll have a hard time finding somewhere to sit. If you ride the big, fast slides, you will get a wedgie like you've never had. It's actually too painful to walk to a private place to undo it, so you must stand at the bottom of the slide and...adjust. :)

I spend a great deal of time in the water parks. I often wonder if I go more than any other single person. They are very similar in many ways. Both have bars, ice cream, mini doughnuts, gift shops, beaches with chairs (same chairs at both), lazy rivers and wave pools.

BB has a more extensive little kid play area, bigger and faster water slides and the better gift shop.

Is there something specific you want to know?

The pavement is extremely hot in the summer. Do not attempt walking barefoot.

If you go right after the inevitable afternoon shower the crowds will be negligible. It's like people at the waterparks are afraid of rain.

Just got back...my one daughter had a major accident on her foot, so with the wounds BB was out. Instead we did a "Do or Die" Magic Kingdom day.

The monorail and ferry were slammed at the TTC. But we got her in a wheelchair and made the most on Monday. Big rain storms in the afternoon chased everyone away at night and walked on Haunted Mansion, Mermaid, Indy Cars, Dumbo, etc after 8pm. My youngest daughter was picked to drive the Jungle Cruise boat back into the docks.

I must say the new effects they have on the castle late at night are AMAZING (after the fireworks around 10:45). Then we stayed for the Electric Parade @ 11pm. And I didnt think I would, but the new Starbucks on MainStreet is great.

Nothing like crawling back to your hotel past Midnight with 3 daughters hanging on to you.

Sorry I dont have a BB update, but I appreciate everyones help.

Blizzard beach's trees and such have grown alot so you don't have to hot foot it anymore. Personally I prefer typhoon lagoon.
