Birthdays at Universal Orlando

Does Universal Orlando Resort (like Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure or Hard Rock Hotel or Universal Citywalk etc...) do anything special for birthdays? I'm going for mine in April and I want to know. I have no clue.​
