Birthday Surprises!!

I've seen some lovely Birthday Bouquets in some pictures and I'm wondering how I go about getting one of these, how much, and what comes in it? We leave the 13th of Nov and my bestfriend would love it. Thanks!:kiss:

I'm not sure about the bouquets but don't forget to pick up a Birthday pin at City Hall or Guest Services I think. They are so much fun becasue people say happy birthday t o you all day long even if you don't know them.

She would kill me if I got her a pin. She's turning 22...HeHe. I had the servers sing to her at a restuarant and she kicked me under the table. She gets embarrassed really easily.
