Space Mnt: No AA's, lousy queue, bumpy, jerky, wild ride that should be smooth..........needs to be entirely rebuilt and rethought

Big Thunder: Many AA's, highly detailed queue, bumpy, jerky, wild ride that is supposed to be, well, bumpy, jerky and wild........needs to be preserved for future generations

was this a real question????

If you've ever ridden Big Thunder Mountain at DL, you'll understand just how disappointing and inferior WDW's is.
Disneyland is my home park, and I've ridden Big Thunder more times than I can count, going back to a soft opening when it first debuted. As much as I like it, I have to say I find WDW's version the superior one. Maybe it's just a case of it being the less familiar of the two, so there's more of a novelty. But I find there's more there to see, such as the flooded town.

I just find it hard to believe anyone can think MK's Big Thunder is the best when WDW's poor maintenance practices have left that ride without a finale for so many years now unlike the other castle parks.

Wildest Ride in the Wilderness is still my favorite Disney coaster, 2nd favorite ride in the MK (it’s neighbor is #1.). MK Space is just not on the same level, DL Space comes closer but still can’t dethrone the champ.

I can’t decide which one I like best as it usually depends on my mood. If Space got the refurb it desperately needs, it would probably be my favorite of the two.

I'll take the ending town scene, dynamite goat, bats, and HANDS DOWN the lift cave w/ special effects. That alone squashes WDW's version alone.

Someone doesn’t grasp the concept of a poll between two choices? BTMRR vs Space Mtn. Everest doesn’t count even though it provides a better coaster thrill.😆😆
Someone doesn't grasp the concept of sarcasm. The poll tries to compare two intrinsically different types of coaster. Everest v BTMRR would have been a better choice l.

yes and no

Space Mnt vs Thunder is allowed.
......... they are both old school icons in the industry at 47 and 42 years respectively and they don't even break 35 mph.

And Everest vs BTMRR works well due to their outdoor, natural landscapes and feature animals but are not comparable as to intensity.

Didn't say the poll wasn't allowed. Just that the two rides were more similar to each other.
Why not make a poll about haunted mansion versus churros.

No. The poll is very specific. One vs the other. There is no Everest option no matter how you want to make it fit. And I was also being sarcastic... and I even agreed with you that Everest was a better coaster...

Sorry I didn't spot the sarcasm Font. Maybe using this in future might make your intentions clearer.

Big Thunder Mountain got my vote here, but it could honestly be a toss-up based on my mood of the day. If you've ever ridden Big Thunder Mountain at DL, you'll understand just how disappointing and inferior WDW's is. Space Mountain is a toss up because of seating configuration preference, and whether you enjoy a smooth or rough ride.

I rode it once in 1984... so I don't remember it. I've heard Pirates and maybe some others are better too. Maybe one day I'll make it there again and see for myself.

Sure. I'll use the same sarcasm font you used... Oh yeah... theres nothing there to let anyone know your statement was posted as a sarcastic statement. So guess you need a sign too.
