My daughter has just returned home from school and tells me that her friend has said that Disney is closing BTMR because it breaks down too often. I'm sceptical - is she being teased ?

Maybe, but is the problem a physical or systematic issue with the coaster or is this attributable to cast members?M:SpilotISTC12 said:I think its time for a major rehab for BTMRR in DL. No one deserves to get hurt on a roller coaster while on vacation.
That could be the reason. But I heard it was a computer problem not a cast member.wannab@dis said:Maybe, but is the problem a physical or systematic issue with the coaster or is this attributable to cast members?
I'm not sure it can be 100% quantified to one or the other, but I have a feeling that we're looking at an employee issue. At that point, it becomes a question of why. Experience, training, fatigue, lazy, etc.
Other thoughts?

If they're too much alike it is rather odd that things keep happening in CA and not in FL...
