Amazing! Not sure how these were taken so well. It looks like they were taken inside the construction area they are so good

You can for the first time really start to see how the forced perspective elements will work ultimately. Very effective. They really have the technique down to a science.

And the forest is as everyone hoped. Just amazing. I had concern that the trees behind Fantasyland might destroy the horizon and thought they might have to clear them. But between the castle walls, the extensive rockwork and all the new trees it seems obvious that guests will not be able to see them. It is also obvious the skyway will never return for the same reason. Thankfully. :lol:

This really does remind me of Carsland in scale and the way they are using rockwork to block out visual intrusions from the outside.

Yep I think that once the foreground landscape is in, there won't be an issue with the horizon.

Wow, so much progress has been made since I was there in person on November 4! They seem to really be kicking into high gear. It looks fantastic.

AWESOME pics! So happy to have frequent photo updates and within a week, so much progress has been made. Really getting a sense of the overall big picture of New Fantasyland.

Great shots! I have a few I took today also. They are from down by Storybook Circus. I am going to post them later tonight. Combined with Steve's amazing pics I think we will have pictures of the entire FLE for 11/14/11. I will post them at 11:30 tonight.
