Not seeing any confirmation from that link.
I didn't see any confirmation. A lot of the word rumor used. Only Stan Lee referencing it which by no means is a confirmation.
how could they not? it won an academy award?

Wake me when Disney puts out a confirmation. Stan Lee can barely keep his days straight at this point, unfortunately.

I think that is a great idea. An XD series would be awesome!
I suppose Disney will release "official" confirmation once they clear their table of current projects IE: Star Wars and Frozen sequels. We know how slow Disney is about releasing news of new projects, I find out here before I find out from Disney most of the time.

Clearing of the proverbial table could take along time. Unless it was just an excuse, Disney just cut tron legacy 2, due to scheduling issues with the studios, claiming that there isn't time until atleast after 2020...... Back to BH6, Hopefully they'll make a sequel, or I could see a TV series being a good replacement for P&F(not saying it would be at all comparable, P&F was the best) since, atleast in Canada, there's no new shows coming in.
I think the P&F replacement is Gravity Falls at the moment. If they do a BH6 for TV it most likely would be centered around supporting characters.
