Biergarten show, is this lineup from day one and what’s your favorite incarnation of the show?

Since at least 2002 this show has been unchanged and I thank god every time they come out that they haven’t gotten rid of this show. I see in old videos the performance has a band and extra performers on the floor. Despite the cutback of the dancers I actually like their performance the have now better. What are your thoughts? I hope I didn’t just jinx the show. Has this been the same band all along or is this act a replacement for that one?

I just watched this show this week. I'm local now, but previously had visited EPCOT in 2005 and 2015. Don't recall ever seeing dancers and am pretty sure I saw this same show or VERY similar. It's charming and a great way to share old-world German culture. There's a restaurant in Sanford called Hollerbach's that has live "oompah" music too. Food and bier are great there too!

This is a must for us when we go to Epcot with the buffet and the German music. My mother was German and most of my family live in Germany, so the music brings back to many memories to me. The food is excellent, if you haven't been you need to go.
