I never liked brats and sauekraut before I tried one there. It was outstanding. Beats any old hot dog. Make sure you have a beer or two as well. Can't wait for another one.

It's pretty much the same (if not exactly the same) as Mezzo Mix at Club Cool - a mixture of orange soda and coke. Also called Diesel in other parts of Germany.
To be honest, I'm not a fan of the food there. The show and the atmosphere is fun - but, in my humble opinion, the food quality just isn't there. (but i'm a big ethnic food fan, so I guess I'm a bit picky) And I was surprised at the lack of variety. The buffet really wasn't that big when I was there for lunch.
I love the Biergarten! Then again, I also love German food, which may not be everyone's forte. Even so, it is a great dining experience and you can definitely get your money's worth seeing as it is all you can eat! I would recommend it.
I am not a big fan, mostly because we received abysmal service during our last dinner there, and the food just didn't taste very authentic. I am also not a big fan of the beerhall-style seating for a meal of this sort.
I wish they'd catch up with the times and add Doner Kebaps and Currywurst to their menu - that'd be pretty awesome!
Just thought I'd follow up with this. We ate there and loved it. I didn't think I'd like the seating arrangement but we sat with this wonderful family who almost made me cry. It was this woman's first WDW vacation in 14 years. Her husband had just died the year earlier and she had decided to take her 3 children and her mom on a vacation to WDW. This was their starting over vacation. As she shared about her husband you could just tell that it had been hard, but this trip was giving them new memories and traditions to be able to remember and not have them all be painful without the father.
