Trip Report Bibbidi Bobbidi Bump

Okay y'all... I have been putting off starting this TR because I know it is going to be a good while before we return to WDW and it just makes me feel SO SAD. But.. Hoping that reliving this awesome babymoon trip will cheer me up.

So, here we go!

When: May 3-7, 2025
Where: Pop Century
Who: me (Annie) and my husband (Ian)
Why: our babymoon for our second baby girl due in September!

My 3-year-old, Nora, stayed home with my parents and our dog Gus and was pretty jealous lol. We definitely got some comments from folks about us going without her... but I truly have NO idea when we will get a trip just us two again, so I knew this was what I wanted!

Another warning if you didn't read my updates on my last TR about this one.. I am a pregnant lady who rides rides. I basically skipped out on Tron, Space Mountain, and a few others that made me a little worried. And guess what? Me and baby are a-okay.

Anyway... let's do this!!

Both, I think! People say the most out of hand things to pregnant women. I had a cashier tell me today that I look like a cow which is WILD to say to anyone PERIOD.

My literal reaction to reading that; and for someone in a customer facing role?! Wow, I hope she had the day she deserved!

Epcot day!

I woke up feeling VERY much the pregnant lady I am lol BUT we had plans to rope drop so rope drop we will.

We made it to the Skyliner just as they started running for the day.

Our RD plan was for Frozen, as we had ILLs booked for Guardians later in the day.

We soaked in all the F&G beauty as we walked along.

We just really weren't in much of a rush, so I want photo happy along the way.

Your photos are beautiful; that was also a great castle shot from the After Hours event.

Y'all I am equal parts just trying to survive the summer heat while pregnant and also procrastinating finishing this report because I am sad about how long it will be between this trip and my next

But alas, we push on. Where were we?...

We headed to Nemo next because we grabbed a LL and why not?

Even with LL this line always takes foreverrrrr and is never worth it IMO. No offense to the Nemo heads out there.

Our last LL was for Remy's, so we headed allllll the way to the back of the part dripping in sweat.

The ride went down for a bit, but we were indoors and this was our final stop of the morning so we waited it out.

On the way out - more topiaries, duh!

We decided that we were saying goodbye to Epcot at this point. We did most of what we wanted to do and were getting burnt out. We would have more of a chill evening.

Back to Pop to relax!

Upon our return, Ian joined me for some pool time before his scheduled nap lol

We enjoyed our much needed break, showered up, and headed out for our dinner reservation at Cape May. We enjoyed it so much in December that we were back for round two!

First step was Skyliner to HS, then a boat ride!

We made it just in time before it started raining!

We waited a decent amount of time after checking in for our reservation, but we didn't mind as we were in no rush.

I do not have photos of our dinner buffet plates because we were starving and dove right in, but dessert plates are much more appetizing looking anyway!

Our server brought us a babymoon cupcake too

Everything was delicious and we were happy with our decision to return to Cape May!

After we settled the bill, we were pleased to find that the rain had stopped so we enjoyed some time just moseying around and enjoying the good weather.

It felt like it got dark FAST, so we headed out at that point!

Upon our return to Pop, we grabbed some treats before hitting the hay. Another perfect day!

Final day

We woke up on this morning and packed up before bringing our bags to bell services for the day. Our flight was not until 6 PM and we had time to pack in more fun.

We got an Uber over to Poly to start the day with one of our favorite breakfasts!

We had time to kill, so we finally got to check out the new tower!

We enjoyed just sitting in the Adirondacks and soaking in the peace and quiet of the morning.

We dragged ourselves away from our comfy spot only for some good eats!

We were sat quickly and fruit and bread arrived just as fast.

Our food was out before I even saw glimpse of a character, which I prefer!

We had consumed full plates before Lilo arrived. Nora LOVES Lilo and Stitch currently, so I was excited to get these pictures for her.

Pluto was up next!

Followed by some dancing!

I used to be very anti-Stitch until I had a 3-year-old

Our server brought out some congratulatory macaroons and they were delicious.

We ended our visit with the big cheese himself before we headed to the monorail.

We were really taking it slow on this final day. We had our LLs and had our After Hours earlier in the week, so it was just go with the flow which felt really nice.

We started off with the omnibus where a CM was conducting his first ever ride in the drivers seat lol

Such a great way to start our time in MK.

We decided on a train ride next but JUST missed it, so took some time taking some photos.

All aboard!

We took the train around to Fantasyland and hopped right into line for a Barnstormer ride!

Post Barnstormer, we had a LL for Buzz. As usual - I lost lol

Another attraction we missed during After Hours was next, CoP!

And we couldn't have a transportation based morning with the People Mover.

Lights were on inside Space!

Our next LL was for Pirates, so we headed to Adventureland. It was SO darn hot.

Nailed this one pointing at my belly lol

We grabbed a LL for Magic Carpets because why not? Well the reason why not should've been the BOILING SUN!!

Hi BTMRR, we miss you!

We needed some time indoors, so Tiki Room was next.

Our next LL was for Tiana's in an hour. And... we simply couldn't do it. We were SO hot and tired. It was around 12 PM and we couldn't do it anymore. We made the decision to get some treats and head out for some pool time before the airport.

This cooled us down quite a bit!

We had to get Nora something before heading out of course.

And we get a new ornament every trip, this is what Ian picked out for this one!

We made it back to Pop for some lunch and pool time and were VERY happy with our decision.

We relaxed for about 2 hours before requesting and Uber and heading to the airport.

Tired but feeling SAD to leave.

This babymoon was AMAZING and I feel so grateful for the solo time with Ian.

Nora was pumped about her "babies"

Thank you all for reading along! I am currently 30 weeks pregnant so only 10 more to go! We made the decision to skip 2026 for a Disney trip to have a more fulfilling trip for everyone in 2027. I guarantee I will find a way to do another there and back 24 hour trip though and look forward to reading all of your trips to keep me hanging on in the meantime!!!

Loved your babymoon report, sounded like a wonderful relaxing time.

I want to say 10 weeks will go by so fast and baby will be here before you know it, but I'm guessing with the heat, it will feel like a lifetime for you. I hope all goes well and you post baby pics when you're ready to share!

I am so happy for you three!! The last 10 weeks is a l o n g time when you are pregnant. I often say after turning 21 the only time that goes slow is when you are pregnant especially in the summer. Our youngest was born in August and July was brutal! Hoping,better, luck for you! I can't wait for pictures and a name!!

Great trip report. How did you like the Jennifer Wiener book? I read it recently and thought it was pretty good, not as good as some of her first books though.
