I have reservations for my daughters on May 18 to have the Coach package done on them. There are three different hair style: Fairy Princess, Pop Princess and Diva Princess (I think). Does anyone have any more info on what each of these are or some pictures? This is my birthday present to myself that my daughters get to enjoy, but it will bring me joy as well, so I just want to be prepared.

This might be a stupid question but I'll ask anyway. Is this place only for girls? Do they do anything special for little boys? It's a really cute itea. Would be cool if they did a "shave" and cut for little guys. Kind of a "prince treatment". If not, is there anywhere to take a boy for a haircut (besides the place on main street at MK - don't want to waste park time on a haircut)?

Yes and no. There is a new adventurers section at the opposite side of the store that has a pirate theme and is geared around boys but no old fashioned barber shop or something similar. Most girls love the whole makeup, hair, dress up thing but I doubt most boys would care for a similar treatment.

Ok, thanks! If I had a girl I'm sure we'd be all over it but I doubt my son wants to be made up like a princess.

If you want to do something similar try the barber shop at MK on Main Street. They will cut his hair put in colored gel spike it and generally entertain him. Cost is $15 plus tip and it is first come first served so get there at park opening.

From the photos it looks like a Disney version of Libby Lu's...which my girls and (daughters girl scout troops) adore. We might have to try to squeeze that in on our next trip..because going to Libby Lu's is always a hit with the girls.

The Boutique is absolutely amazing. We had a 10:10 appt and had to wait about 5 minutes. My daughters were placed side by side. The oldest got the Fairy Princess and the Youngest the Diva. I like the Diva better. I also heard they were going to start a boys section for hair gel and stencils, but didn't see any information about it.

Note about the nails...they don't stay on very well, so if they ask you if you want press on ones or to have them painted, go with the paint. They give you the press on ones to take home anyway. Each girl got to keep their hair accessories (tieara and Mickey Clip for the Fairy - Hair extension and two Mickey bobby pins for the Diva). Also there is enough makeup left for several sessions later.

I didn't go all out, but if you do, they have a room the girls go into to get dressed in their costume and then get all fixed up. I stayed with the middle package that was only $45 a piece.

All I can say is that they must be making some serious money with this. The nails cost $6.50 if you purchase them in the store, but they charge $10 extra if you add them to your package. It probably didn't cost much to make them and only took a few minutes to press on...the hair takes the longest. They alot 30 minutes per appt, so it goes quick.

Each girl gets a sash, which is way to big for all of them, so they bundle it at the should to look like a bow or flowers. And they do it very quickly for it to look so good.

Overall, it was wonderful and we will have to do it again.

I attached a photo of the girls after they were done.
