Better day for MK and Epcot

Anyone have any input on what would be a better day to visit MK - Sat or Sun? How about Epcot? We're checking in on Friday, and oldest daughter has to return on Monday, so that limits our days with her at those two parks. Thanks!!

When are you going on this trip? Are you checking in THIS friday or some other time in the future???

Either way, Disney is going to be more crowded on the weekends, especially these 2 parks, b/c they are the biggest. However, my theory is go to Epcot on Saturday and MK on Sunday.

Why not go to the Magic Kingdom Sunday (they stay open til 11) opposed to going Saturday, because they close at 10... Here are the hours:
