I stayed here a coule of years ago when it was still La Quinta Lakeside. It's not the most upscale of hotels, but it was clean. IIRC it also had fairly comfortable beds. I wasn't disappointed, but that was only because I got it for cheap. You probably didn't pay a lot, so don't expect a lot.

I visited in June/July and it was very nice. Admittedly, it's never going to win any awards, but it was clean, the staff were friendly and it's close to WDW. Good place to be in!

I stayed in June also... I didn't really like it too much to be honest, the hotel didn't have much of an atmopshere but it does have a lake in the middle of it with crocodiles in :ROFLOL:
