Best Way to Send a Compliment

I had a castmember on Revenge of the Mummy who went so far above and beyond her job today, I absolutely wanted to make sure she got recognized by Universal. I sent a tweet to the official Twitter, and I'm probably going to send a snail-mail letter, but I was wondering if anyone knew an address I could email as well. I've looked all over the website, and can't find much.

Usually I get a response on twitter asking for a DM with details. The general address is 6000 Universal blvd Orlando 32819 and put Attn: Guest Relations so it gets to them..
I don't know of an email address, maybe call and ask?

I got no response to my tweet, and I would really like to get her recognition quickly. But I did appreciate what she did so much that I will absolutely do it in actual writing if I have to.

@UniversalORL on most social media platforms will get the message to them. Make sure you have the employee’s name as well.
