Hi everyone!
I recently got engaged (to a non-Disney freak...hark!) and within the next year I'll be getting married and moving in with him. I have a MASSIVE Disney collection which includes hundreds of vintage WDW souvenirs, mugs, plates and the like and about 300 (or more, I haven't counted) Mickey Mouse stuffed animals ranging from the smaller beanie babies up to the huge life-size Mickey that the Disney stores sell. Most are from WDW, and almost all have their tags on them.
I plan on keeping most of my trinkets and somehow displaying them when I move (the rest will be sold at a garage sale) but I don't think my fiancé will be happy about the invasion of all those stuffed animals. So my question is, how do you think will be the best way to sell them?
As I'm seeing it, I have three options- garage sale, eBay or Craig's List. I don't think the garage sale is my best bet because people tend to bargain shop, and a lot of these stuffed animals are old, so I think they're worth a bit more.
If I go the eBay route, should I sell them as one large lot, indivially (that would be a nightmare) or group them by type and sell them in lots?
I don't have too much experience selling on eBay, so any help would be appreciated.
Is there any other option that I'm missing?
Thanks for any help!
