Best Way to get SDMT Fastpasses if All Taken?

Is there any better way than checking the My Disney Experience over and over again to see if I can get Fastpass+ for Seven Dwarves Mine Train? It seems unlikely many will cancel.

Until you're on property, MDE is the only way to book Fastpasses. You could use the app, but the website is a much easier option when not on property.

I'm sure they went fast, so assuming you're within 60 days of your trip, the only thing you can do is keep checking.
