About the only possible "bad" view might be the rooms on the outside side of the farthest section from the main lobby. They overlook Epcot Resorts Blvd, though there are trees in between many of them. Those would be odd-number rooms ending between 53 and 77, also even number rooms ending 40-52.
Oh, and I take that back... The WORST view in the entire BCV has to be unit 123. It's a ground-floor 2-bedroom whose patios look out onto the lattice of the covered walkway between the main building and the Villas. So you're stuck sitting in this almost fully enclosed box of lattice.
Upstairs, units 219, 221 and 223 might be semi-blocked by the roof of the walkway, but the first floor is taller than the rest, so they might be high enough.
I think some of the best views would be those on the "inside" side of the curve, facing the pool or the canal.
Our (so far) onle visit, we were in 372, a 1-bedroom almost directly over the canal. The Villas pool was off to the left. And the nice thing was that the Dolphin was lined up perfectly so that a tower on the main building blocked it from view from our balcony entirely.
