Best time to visit?

I personally prefer summer. June/July time. It's alway gorgeous weather, it's peak time so there is hardly any refurbs so all the must do attractions are open. I don't like going in september/ October just because it feels like a ghost town and it's not as warm. December is good because of the christmas parades/ lights, but the opening hours are rubbish/ waste of money.

Having visited in almost every season over the years, I love going in July the most too. Surprising all the hate summer in DW is getting! To me, the heat has always been part of the experience. There is always an opportunity to cool off in an air conditioned store or attraction if the heat gets too much. I have ridden Kali in April even and it's no where near as much fun as a hot summer day. The pools, the water parks, are things I don't want to forego because its too cold.

There are several times that it is nice to go but I won't disclose all my secrets. I will say that I have been to WDW the past 2 weekends, and going again this weekend, and the parks have been empty. Freakishly empty. The longest wait I had last weekend at Hollywood studios was 10 minutes and 5 minutes at animal kingdom. Labor Day weekend, I waited 15 minutes for soarin .

Christmas time is my favorite time of year but I don't do that all the time. Next I love September because of the lighter crowds and having the MK dressed up for the fall and not to mention the Halloween party. Next after that I like the first week of May.

Exactly! I'm from the UK too, so sun is a blessing. No such thing as too hot in FL for me :D I prefer to atmosphere too. I know the wait times can be a pain in the but the atmosphere is just happier. If that makes sense at all :)

There are actually several points during the year where the crowds are low and the weather is not too hot, but I think the best balance of these would be in the first couple of weeks of December. Unlike other slow times early in the year when refurbishments often take place, more attractions are likely to be open. And you get the bonus of Christmas decorations and music.

We've visited twice during that time of year and basically spoiled every trip we've taken since ;).

I have been there in every month except Jan., Feb., and March. I prefer November around Thanksgiving. The weather is perfect and the Christmas decorations are amazing. It puts me in the holiday spirit every time. The other rime that I like is late August. Crowds are not bad and the heat/ humidity don't bother me. One last blast of summer before school starts.

We're headed out there in a couple of weeks and the heat is a real concern. My wife is 7 months pregnant and I've considered renting her a rascal or something with a fan mounted on it lol.

Hopefully you get a bit of a break in a couple of weeks with the heat! I would just space out indoor rides well throughout the day. We saved the longer indoor rides for when we were most in need of a break, and LOTS of water!!!!

My sister in law and I were in awe at some of the women we saw walking around who were....very pregnant! We were so hot and achy and tired, I can't imagine how they do it! They are troopers for sure (or crazy haha) One woman must have bee 7 months along, pushing a double stroller! I was exhausted just watching lol.

That's great to hear, since I'm going in 2 days.
