We ate lunch in the West Wing on our last trip and it was awesome. It was a little dark but the atmosphere was great.

A CM recommended West Wing to us prior to or booking the ADR and we're glad she did. It was a fabulous area to dine. Atmosphere was excellent with all the surrounding Beast items. The area is small enough to be semi-intimate, and although dimly lit isnt too dark to enjoy the meal. Maybe not the area I would sit with a family of small kids, seems more adult friendly.

It's like a gallery. Not sure if it's officially called "The Gallery" or not. But it has a bunch of nice paintings of Belle & co. all around, and a rotating Belle & Beast in the middle, like a music box.
We've eaten at in the ballroom 4 times and West Wif once. It was nice to switch it up but the ballroom is why I love the restaurant itself.

We've been for dinner twice. We didn't make a request either time, but were seated in the West Wing the first time and the Ballroom the second time. In the West Wing, we were in the corner opposite the portrait & rose, so we didn't have any people coming & going near our table. It's probably the table I would have chosen if I could have chosen. There were 5 of us, and we liked the darker, quieter setting.
In the Ballroom, it was 3 of us, and we were seated near the falling snow windows which was beautiful. We also had a great time in the ballroom. I think it's just personal preference that we preferred the WW. I would take a table in any of the rooms.

Without a doubt the best section at BoG is the section with the server Michelle. If she is your server you will have a wonderful time. She really enjoys the job, and gets into the fun during dinner. Of all the places I have ever eaten in the world, she has been my favorite server. Really. No two ways about it.
This is the only pic I have of her. Taken when trying to get a picture of the rose. (Yes. I felt like a world class idiot after I took this shot with my flash on in that dark room.
) I wish I could find out her full name so I could request her on our next trip.
