PTC has always been a favorite of mine since it opened - but you really need to be willing to "get in the spirit" there or you won't have fun. Almost all people do - but a few who don't obey the CM when told to wash their hands or to remove their hats and refuse to participate can have a not good time here.
I also am a fan of the Sci Fi Drive-In - it's over-priced, way-too busy, has a limited selection, the service isn't usually great (though the CM's are wonderful as always) - but it's also the most "fun" restaurant in WDW for those with or without kids. I don't mind paying an extra couple of bucks to eat my burger in there, and it's also a nice place just for dessert. It's easily the most popular restaurant in the park, especially in terms of walk-by, non-planned dining (it just screams "come inside!), but I find that even on busy days I can stop by at opening and get a PS for a late lunch/early dinner. I only wish they did the Fantasmic package with this place more often.
