We usually go for counter service in the parks just because it gets so darn expensive otherwise...we like to eat in the Food Court in the Land pavillion. I can't think of the name right now, but the sandwich shop in there is really good!

-And the places where they have the hard pretzels covered in chocolate. That may not be a dinner, but they are really good!
-Plus.. I can't forget the Pastry place on Boardwalk (the name isn't coming to me)

Well, I live in a city that is just obsesssed with good food where the emphasis is on quality more than the quantity. That said, I have to throw my votes with Jiko at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and California Grill at the Contemp Hotel. If you removed those restaurants from their Disney locations and placed them in any major metropolitan city like San Francisco, it would take you months to get a reservation. Excellent food. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

MK-Pecos Bill

MGM-50's prime time diner. It was so fun. Not just a meal but a dining experience.

Epcot-San Angel Inn. I absolutely love the dark, cozy atmosphere.

My family loved the ribs at Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge.For B breakfast we loved the buffet at the Crystal Palce. An easy lunch for us was at the American Pavillon at EPCOT.
