MK: Harbor House, Pinnochio's Village Haus,
Epcot: Basically, avoid Electric Umbrella and American Adventure. Not that these two are bad, but you have so many options. Sunshine Seasons in FW is one of my favorites on property. Or pick a country who's food you like and eat there.
DHS: Backlot or Commisary, though neither is fantastic by any means
AK: Flame Tree BBQ

I think at DHS it'll either be backlot or abc's...all of the others have only 2-3 items on their menus...

The American Adventure is an attraction, not a restaurant. You probably meant the Liberty Inn, and I agree with you!

Basically avoid burgers at WDW, Most QS items are pretty tasty especially the soups, asian salads and flatbreads

Village Haus or Casey's in Magic Kingdom, with Cosmic Rays a close third.
At Epcot I really don't like a lot of the quick serve choices and usually grab a pretzel in Germany or some snacks throughout the World Showcase, but if I do sit at a place I get the Mexican food. My kids love the empanadas.
I've only ever had ABC Commissary as a qs here. I'm usually going to eat at a table service here or avoid it all together.

I just read that this place is closing in April to make way for the new Star Wars expansion.

Epcot: I really enjoy the fish and chips stand next to the Rose and Crown. I've found that if you walk just a little bit, you can always get seating that overlooks the whole world showcase.

I really like the ribs at Harambe Market.

Flametree's good, too. But I can go to Dickey's BBQ, or Famous Daves, and get something like that.
