Best QS dining...

Well I don't know what your children's tastes are but I will guesstimate with what I am familiar with when attempting to feed my 2.5 year old nephew which can be difficult because he's a picky eater and besides breakfast he doesn't eat much so he tends to share with my sister. These counter service restaurants are the places we enjoy so I'll list what we've ordered for him.
I will omit Chicken Nuggets, Hotdogs, Mac & Cheese and Pizza which can be found just about anywhere (if it were up to him he would eat these items all the time if it weren't for us being adamant about him trying new things)

MK - Columbia Harbour House (Kids Chicken & Fish Basket), Cosmic Ray's (1/2 Rotisserie Chicken meal shared w/ his mom)
Sleepy Hollow (Waffle), Tortuga Tavern (Barbecue Chicken Sandwich shared w/his mom)

Epcot - FW: Sunshine Season's (Breakfast: French Toast, Lunch: Pizza Panini or Chicken Drumstick)
WS: Boulangerie Patisserie les halles (Ham & Cheese Croissant, Quiche Lorraine, Yogurt Parfait w/Berries), Katsura Grill (Teriyaki Chicken), Liberty Inn (Grilled Chicken Plate), Sommerfest (Apple Studel, Nudel Gratin), Yorkshire County Fish Shop (Fish & Chips)

DHS - Backlot Express (Dark Side Chicken and Waffles), Fairfax Fare (sheared 1/2 Chicken w/his mom, Banana Parfait)

In Mk it has to be CR and sit where you can see Sunny Eclipse
EPCOT Sunshine Seasons and Tangerine Cafe if they are adventurous eaters. I took my ds when he was 5 and it's his all time favorite qs
DHD hop a boat to EPCOT and eat in World Showcase
AK Flamtree or Restaurantsaurous of they're in a burger mood and you need an adult lemonade LOL

MK- Columbia Harbor House - fish , shrimp, lobster roll, and yummy Mac and cheese
Epcot- Sunshine Seasons- pork chop plate, chicken plate, Chinese, and strawberry shortcake
DHS- not really a fan of any quick service there - so we do a sit down- Mama Melroses, 50's prime time, or Sci-Fi - if u go to Sci- Fi and order a burger or an appetizer or a Ruben it is only a few dollars more than a QS. But if I had to do a QS due to the dinning plan I would choose Backlot express.
AK - I know u did not ask but I love Flame Tree!

MK- Be Our Guest (lunch only though, and you'd need a reservation), Columbia Harbor House, and Cosmic Rays
Epcot- Sunshine Seasons would probably be the best bet, as they have a lot of options for your little ones. If they're feeling adventurous, pretty much any spot in WS would be good. I like Tangerine Cafe, personally.
DHS- Sunset Ranch Market, though keep an eye on the weather. Being an outdoor food court, it can get really warm in the middle of the day.

MK - my personal favorite is Casey's - best hot dogs in the park. Columbia House is also good and a nice air conditioned break from the heat of the park, depending upon the time of year you visit. Tortuga Tavern is also a good choice, but it's not always open. Avoid Peco Bill's - crowded, not the best food. If your kids are willing to try new things, the flatbreads at Pinocchio Village Haus are good.

EPCOT - We like to eat in World Showcase. My favorite QS is the Fish & Chips stand in England.

DHS - There is a little farmer's market type area as you walk to Tower of Terror (on the left side of the street). You can get sandwiches, pizza and other kid friendly food. Plus the seating area is covered. And right next door is the ice cream stand.
