The best place to eat putting aside value, is probably the Underwater Grill. However, for good counter service, look to the two Waterfront restaurants to provide the best food in that category.

Dine with Shamu! The food is pretty good, plus its a buffet and you get to learn about and see the whales jump around and play, its truly and unforgetable expeirence
