Going to Disneyland in about a month, so I need to know that best places in the parks to eat (sit down or counter service)and the best snacks. I was there a couple years ago and went to the Blue Bayou, that is not in the cards this time. I am open to all food, especially chocolate items! So what are your faves? Thanks!

If you get bored of burgers and fries, Bengal Barbecue has a good selection of skewers, even a veggie one. Jolly Holiday bakery has a its ham and cheese quiche which is nice for breakfast.

If you like chocolate the dessert plate for the World of Color dinner at Ariel's Grotto should make you happy. :slurp:

I highly recommend stopping at the Cove Bar and getting some Lobster Nachos. They are absolutely amazing. If you like to drink, it's a great place to grab a cocktail with it! It's a nice place to sit on Paradise Bay and enjoy the atmosphere without shelling out much cash.

If you're willing to spend a bit more (and by a bit, I mean a lot), Napa Rose is a great table service option. It's a great place to get a bit more fancied up and maybe have a date night.

Hope this helps! :)

The Market House on Main Street has, hands down, the best peanut butter cookies I've ever eaten. Also if you're a coffee drinker, buy a coffee there, hold onto your receipt and get free coffee refills all day. It's great coffee too (Disneyland's special blend).

In DTD, we ate at UVA Bar at Catal for the first time on our trip just this past weekend. Really great appetizers! A little pricey, but portion size is decent.

any other special treats to get from like the bakery or candy store? I am intrigued by the peanut butter cookies.

There's a new candy shop in DCA called Dulce Aventura, and a really popular item there is the chocolate-dipped pineapple skewer. If you like spicy treats, i've also heard the spicy peanut brittle is delicious!

If you like Bengal BBQ, you may want to also try the new Paradise Garden Grill. It's the new mediterranean grill at DCA and they serve different skewers with really tasty sauces. If you can't decide for one sauce, they will give you the four different sauces on the side for you to sample. It's really good!
