One day...Two Parks...Traveling with a 5, 12, and 14 year-old. I wanna know the must-sees in all catagories: family rides, kiddie rides, dark rides, rollercoasters, shows, sit-down and counter service restaurants.

I also wanna know how much I should expect to do in a one day time span. We are goin all out, full throttle commando style from day-to night on Nov. 21, 2007. Is it worth it to buy a $15 front of line pass?

Thanks in advance for all the help!

ok, here goes.

IOA:
Kiddie Rides:
The Cat in the Hat
One Fish, Two Fish
The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Ride

Rides:
Jurassic Park River Adventure
Spider Man
Dudley Do-Right
Popeyes Bilge Rat Barges
The two coasters if your kids like that kind of thing

Shows:
Poseidon's Fury

Sit Down Restaurants:
Mythos

Universal Studios:
Kiddie/Family Rides:
ET
Jimmy Neutron
Shrek
Jaws
Men In Black

More Extreme Rides:
The Mummy

Shows:
The Horror Makeup Show
Terminator 2: 3-D
The Blues Brothers

That's my main things at each park anyhow that I can think of. Citywalk has some awfully good restaurants too if you'd rather eat there such as Margaritaville, Bubba Gump's, Hard Rock Cafe, and Emerill's just to name a few. It's actually where most of the good restaurants aside from Mythos are.

Universal Express is worth anything, unless the standby lines are short at that time of year anyway. Check out Chit Chat to see my update. I wouldn't have gotten half of those if I didn't save so much time (I'd estimate min. 4 hours each day)!

Unless it's a slow day with short standby waits, you probably want to go for the Express Pass Plus. That'll basically ensure you can do everything.

Anyways, here are the "best of the best" in the categories you requested.

Roller Coasters
*Revenge of the Mummy (Best ride @ USF, be careful with younger kids)
*The Incredible Hulk
*Dueling Dragons (IMO Ice is slightly better)

Family Rides
*The Cat in the Hat
*ET Adventure
*Popeye and Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges
*Shrek 4D
*Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast (Only if your kids watch Nickelodeon)

Thrill/Scary Rides
*Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls
*Jurassic Park River Adventure
*Men in Black: Alien Attack
*Amazing Adventures of Spiderman
*Jaws

Kiddy Rides
*One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish
*High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride
*The Flying Unicorn
*Pteranadon Flyers (ONLY if wait is short)
*Nuthouse Coaster

Counter Service Restaurants
*Circus McGurkus Cafe Stupendous
*Green Eggs and Ham Cafe
*Cafe 4
*Woody Woodpecker's Pizza Kitchen (or something like that)
*Burger Digs

Full Service Restaurants
*Mythos (Best Theme Park Restaurant)
*Lombard's Landing (Not as good as Mythos, but still good)

Shows
*Poseidon's Fury
*Terminator 2:3D (Rated PG13)
*Horror Make-up Show (Rated PG13, but really not too bad)

Hope that helped,

Definitely see "T2 3D" and "Horror Makeup Show"... Also, don't miss Mummy, MiB, Spiderman and the other three coasters...

Do you have to pay for a Express Pass Plus at each of they parks or is valid for both of the parks in one day if you have a park hopper?
