My city always has a "Best of Madison" issue in the newspaper each year that indicates the popular consensus on best beer, best burger, etc. Then the restaurants get little plaques and stuff to hang.
Let's do it for Disney (sans plaques of course)!

Best Beer: any beer....really
Best Dessert: Mickey Premium Bar
Best cocktail: Italian Surfer @ Mama Melrose's
Best wine: PInot Grigio from Italy (can't remember name Sorry)
Best Pasta: penne alla vodka from Mama Melrose's
Best Fish: not a fist eater
Best Steak: the steak I got with the chilliquilles at San Angel Inn
Best Ethnic dish: chilliquilles at the San Angel Inn
Best Salad: 'Ohana's salad
Best Pastries: Chocolate Cake @ Norway
Best Ambiance: 'Ohana
Best Service: servers at Whispering Canyon (attentive and funny)

May I suggest a category....Best Breakfast. My vote for that would be the Tonga Toast and Kona coffee at the Kona Cafe...it was delicious!

Best Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake at Hoop-De-Do
Best Pasta: Fettucini Alfredo (at Alfredo's... also now gone :veryconfu )
Best Steak: anthing on the menu at Yachtsman Steakhouse
Best Ethnic dish: quiche and/or croissant at La Boulangerie Patisserie
Best Pastries: zebra domes (at Boma, AKL)
Best Ambiance: 1900 Park Faire
Best Service: servers at Whispering Canyon (ditto)
