Best monorail resort option for Feb 2015?

I have amazing memories of GF as a kid and I continue to stay there up to this day. GF is one of the most beautiful on-site hotels. Try to get a Sago Cay Theme Park View Room. This is one of the best views of MK you can get from a hotel. Also, watch Wishes from you balcony!

We did this very thing last month, every night of our stay

We were in Boca Chica in December. We had reserved a Lagoon view room- but it had fantastic views of MK as well. We could see everything from Narcoossees to our left to the Polynesian/GF Villas to our right. It was fantastic to wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the Lagoon, watching the boats go by

Our view at the Contemporary the visit before that was also fantastic!! Broad, sweeping views of the entire park. The thing missing over there really was the boats- they are a bit further out. But in exchange, you have awesome views of Tomorrowland.

We stayed at all three and enjoy each for different reasons, The Contemporary and the Polynesian have the largest rooms. While I love the architecture of the Contemporary, to me it has the highest energy level on the Grand Canyon Concourse, however it is a little cold feeling. The Polynesian is very laid back, tropical, beautiful landscaped and great place just to hang out and relax especially the pool and beach areas. The Grand Floridian is our favorite, I love the crisp white architecture set against the beautifully manicured landscaping. It's very relaxed and transport me back to a more gentile time when things didn't feel so rushed. I actually find myself hanging out in the lobby listening to either the piano or orchestra. We started staying on the monorail resorts when we had small children now can't seem to stay anywhere else. Hope ya'll have a great time!
