Best moderate bus transportation

We've stayed at POR once and POFQ once, and every time we were on a bus, it was just for that one specific resort. To add to that, there was only one day at POFQ where the lineups got messy at the bus stop, where you couldn't tell what line was for which bus, but at POR, almost every morning it was a mess.

The last time we were there right before this pandemic, we shared buses with POR a lot! It happened for the trip back to POFQ from the parks almost every time. I don' t remember it happening on the pickup to the parks though, but we did have to share a lot coming back from the parks. It worked out okay and wasn't a problem coming back from the parks.

Unless it has changed recently, the moderate bus stops do not have formal lines.
