Best (least crowded) Parks for Weekend

I have a trip coming up in May and am going to be there over a weekend.
What are the best (least crowded) parks on the weekend? Maybe it doesn’t make a difference. I’ll have Wed, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and Sunday. Want to plan my park selections accordingly. Also staying at AKL so I’ll figure in early opening as well.

My initial thought was EPCOT. It's so big that it spreeds the crowd out and makes it seem less crowded even if it is. Hope that helps.

For the weekend its got to be EPCOT and since you are on site, go to AK too.
Early closing at AK means that you can then get another "half day" in at Epcot, so you can definitely cover both in the two days, if you have the stamina.
