So, I just thought I would find out from the greater fan base what icon everyone thought was the best. I think criteria for determining the best icon should be the icon's overall design and what it represents in terms of meaning. Me personally, after reading the meaning behind the original Epcot Center icon on the E82 blog, I now think that is the best Icon I have ever seen. Here is the blog site. http://epcot1982.blogspot.com/

The XSTech corporate logo.
It represents technical innovation, ruthlessness, and a commitment to shareholder profit.

Haha. I think all Disney forums should have a glossary, it took me months to figure out the abbreviations. I kept wondering why everyone had a designated hitter.

You should have seen my face when I read in another thread that someone's favorite attraction at Tomorrowland was the Monsters Incorporated Laugh Floor.

Thats actually really funny and I'm sure they had no idea.

As far as a best Icon, Do logos from parks, attractions, resorts count?
I like the Typhoon Lagoon logo alot. The shipwreck, blowing palm trees, and rolling wave.

Fits in perfectly with the preceding Future World symbols (which are the best set of symbols Disney's ever created) and it instantly suggests the Pavilion's subject matter. In other words, it's the most recognizable of Disney's best set of park symbols.

That's hilarious.

I loved the old Epcot pavilion logs.

Also, the original Big "D" containing the world and ears.
