I love the clicky clacky sounds that the figures in the Tiki room make and the sheer number of figures in the show still blows my mind. As for real animatronics I’m going for the CBJ and Sonny Eclipse ( reminds me of the Rock-afire Explosion....ShowBiz Pizza memories anyone?)

Lumiere in Enchanted Tales with Belle maybe small, but the most impressive AA in terms of fluid and realistic motion I have seen.

John in COP ("...it’s not going to rain today. My lumbago isn’t acting up.")

Love them A trip to WDW is not complete without spending time with these 2.

One of my all-time favorite animatrons is the little bear on the swing in the Country Bears, it's not about technology or anything, just love her. I think next to that, all of the animatrons in American Adventure

Also: Original Dreamfinder, Wicked Witch in Movie Ride, and some of the ones in Food Rocks.
