Best Epcot TS for Lunch

I will be going to Disney World next week and deciding on two table service restaurants in the world showcase.

I currently have Teppan Edo as a dinner reservation but considering canceling it and keeping two lunch reservations (given cost and since the Food and Wine Festival is going on would rather eat earlier and then snack during the later part of the day).

Currently I've got Biergarten and Rose and Crown both at 3pm (different days, of course).

Are there any better options (San Angel Inn, La Hacienda, and Via Napoli come to mind) and also, how do the shows time up for Biergarten having such a late lunch reservation?

Thanks.

Maybe you want to consider hitting the F&W Festival earlier in the day for lunch when it is less crowded and then doing TS for dinner? R&C is a fabulous place to eat dinner while watching IllumiNations if you can get a late ADR. Regarding your question, I think the Biergarten music is relatively constant except when the band takes their breaks.

I like to do a late lunch reservation for Biergarten. We have always seen the entire show @ Biergarten when we did the late lunch. I like grabbing the last lunch ADR for a couple of reasons. One, it is much cheaper than dinner and second it gives us a good 4 - 5 hours walking around in the parks to burn up all of those delicious calories.

Here is the current schedule from Steve Soares (WDWENT.com)
Daily at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15, 4:45, 5:55, 7:00 & 8:05pm

A later lunch at the Biergarten will be better because then you can see the band. We once had a noon lunch and there was no band, it wasn't as fun. Other good lunches are Rose and Crown and Via Napoli.

....I can tell you that Teppan Edo has definitely 'slipped' from where it used to be. The food is simply not as good ...the quantity smaller ...and the ingredients not so top notch (tons of veggies vs the quantity of meat / chicken / fish). They've also added this "beef sukiyaki" rice ...to appease those that whine that there is no fried rice ...and it's vile.

...we've gone 11 times in a row over the past 10 years. It was one of our all time favorites. (and we frequent several excellent hibachi restaurants near our home) But this past trip (2 months ago) ...and last years trip ...we've seen a noticeable decline. I rarely pan a dining establishment unless it's truly warranted ...but this place has definitely gone downhill.

....La Hacienda ...however ...is excellent ...and had become a new favorite of ours.

It just depends on what you like. I'd pick Restaurant Marrakesh and Les Chefs, but would be happy to eat in Germany, England or Mexico. :)

I am a HUGE believer that everyone should go to whatever place they think sounds good. :)
