Melissa's right! It's at Joy of Tea. It's right across from the main pavilion. Pretty sure it's just vodka and cantaloupe juice, but it's really good.

I highly recommend the rose and crown in Epcot. Great English food and a great pub experience.

I've gotten drunk and foolish many times in my life. I do not get drunk and foolish at 1) nice restaurants where a certain standard of behavior is expected, or 2) family venues where a certain standard of behavior is expected.
