Best drink is a mezcal-ita in La Cava. Request mezcal with the house margarita and they'll tell you it's a good choice. Nice and smokey.

other favorite is the tipsy duck in love, in china. very heavy drink though

The one key thing I've learned over our last 2 trips to WDW is that any of the frozen drinks (from La Cava to France) just don't pack the punch I like in my drinks. So, these days I'm sticking to hand mixed options on the rocks. Last trip's faves were the pineapple margarita and the blood orange margarita - both from La Cava.

You're actually right about the frozen ones not packing a punch like hand mixed drinks. Any frozen drink that comes from a slushy type machine or ice cream machine has to have a higher sugar content and lower alcohol content to freeze. If you like frozen drinks, just ask the bartender to put it in the blender (if they have one), it may taste a little watered down but will have all the alcohol in it. I like mine blended/frozen as "brain freezes" slow me down.

Thanks! It was kind of a neat surprise to discover that while cocktails/beer at WDW can be pricey, tastings are very well priced. The Highlands scotch flight at Rose & Crown is another favorite.
