Best DDP Snacks

We are headed down to WDW in July, and have the DDP for the first time. We have ADR's and plans for all meals, but are still pretty unsure about snacks.

From people who have been to WDW since the new plan started for '08, what are some of the best snack foods you have found (ie. interesting or different foods).

While I love Mickey Bars, I don't want snacks to just be junk food, so any help would be appreciated. I am also hoping to maximize the plan's value (who isn't) so any geat items that actually approach the $4 cut-off point would be cool too...

Well it is definitely not a healthy option, but as I posted in another similar thread, hands-down is a hand-made chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich from Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square (especially when the cookies are fresh from the oven and still warm).
Random video I found on YouTube of a family enjoying theirs:

Tied for second would be the chocolate layer cake from the Main Street Bakery or a chocolate croissant at the Patissierie in France.

Hi there, I too was wondering what I could use snack credits for before I went on my trip in April.

I found a really helpful list which was posted in a previous thread and linked you to another site.

I printed the list and took it with us so I had an idea when we was in the world.

Link to document below, hope this helps.

PS. The list is updated all the time so wait until nearer your trip to print.
Have Fun :sohappy:

In case you can't remember once you reach your resort, there's also a sign in the quick service area that tells you the snacks available. At the Poly, it was near the register.

Also, in many cases, there is a little DDP symbol next to snack items at their display.

Dole Whip Float is my favorite snack....I know it used to be on the DDP and I think it still is, but I'm not positive...yum! :)

When we went in July.....as boring as this may sound, my family used many snack credits on water bottles and othe beverages around the park (Because of the summer heat)...
As far as actual food options go...pastries in France and pretzels from Germany :p(i think they were snack credits) were our favorites...
