Tangierine Cafe is pretty much my go to in WS. The fact that it also happens to be the only (at least last time I checked) CS location in WS that offered a truly veggie friendly meal. I do need to try the black bean burger at Liberty Inn though. So either that or Sunshine Seasons for me. My DW likes Yakitori House/Katsura Grill and the sandwiches/quiches at Kringla Bakeri. I suspect the later may have something to do with a school bread for desert as much as anything else.
