Best Counter Service at the Magic Kingdom!

If I'm at the Magic Kingdom on my next trip and I am looking for a quick lunch at a counter service, where should I go? What is your pick for the best counter service at the MK? Please give me some options. Thanks.

I love Pinocchio's because they have the BEST entree salad there (or did on my last visit)-- crumbled bleu cheese, walnuts, peaches, chicken, mixed greens, YUM. I hope it stays when they change the menu. Feels much better than a greasy burger.

BTW, Pinocchio's Village Haus is our favorite counter service. Too bad it will apparently be changing soon.
Ahh, but it's changing for the better to give some variety to the menus at Magic Kingdom. I'm looking forward to there being places I can enjoy some grub at Magic Kingdom rather than just stuffing something in my face to stop feeling hungry :slurp:

See, maybe it's because we *don't* get there early or the time of year that we go, or whatever, but I have always disliked Pecos Bill's for the simple reason that it is always *full* of people, and there are *tons* of screaming kids every time we are there - it really always feels like a zoo in there to me! We must be unlucky because I always see people on here raving about it.

That said, we don't really get a whole lot of counter service in the MK because we tend to A) eat a big breakfast, B) get to the park later and be too interested in attractions for lunch, and C) have dinner plans that keep us from really wanting all that much for lunch. I'm bad and I usually end up eating a Dole Whip or Churro for "lunch". :p

I do really want to try El Pirata Y El Perico this time around, and/or the noodle station though. I love Mexican food and I love Asian food so I'm looking forward to both...hopefully Pirata will be open.

I would definitely vote for the Tommorrowland Terrace Noodle Station. Ate there last week and loved it. The Steamed Bun stuffed with Barbequed Pork was excellent. Also sampled the Chicken Stir fry with lo Mein which was also very good.

I second the Noodle Station. Just about anything there was decent. As well, Columbia Harbor House (fish and chips a nice change) and Pecos Bills (good burgers/salads). My gripe with counter service though is that it can take as long as table service sometimes. Best to eat early or late, IMO, when doing counter service. Remember the "Disney lines" mean double lines which are truly appear half as short as they really are (just like all Disney queues!).
