Best breakfast?

Need your expertise please... what table service restaurant has the best breakfast - and why? We are only planning one for our week (rest will be quick-serve or cereal & toast in room). Do any serve steak & eggs? I have been checking out the menus and haven't found steak yet. We would certainly consider a buffet, and characters are welcome, but not required (3 kids ages 8 and under). Would prefer made-to-order eggs if possible. THANKS!!

The only table service breakfast I've done is 1900 Park Fare, which is absolutely delightful. Good variety of delicious food, plus the character interactions are fun, particularly with the Hatter and Alice. I don't think they have steak, or at least they didn't when I was there, but they do have salmon and ham along with traditional breakfast meats.

Lots of restaurants serve some form of steak and eggs. Hands down the best breakfast is at Kona Cafe at Poly. Unique offerings that are all extremely tasty! The Tonga Toast, Samoan, and the Macadamia Pineapple pancakes are all outstanding! You will not be dissappointed.

Our personal favorite is Captain's Grille at the YC. Great buffet, and also a really good a la carte menu. Nice and relaxing, as well

I have only had quick service for breakfast (Mickey Waffles) but I have heard Kona Café is excellent. It is on my list to try at some point.

I just looked at their menu, and Kona Café does have steak and eggs: Steak and Eggs - A Char-grilled New York Strip Steak served with Two Eggs, Home-fried Potatoes, and a Biscuit $14.49.
This is a current menu (October).
Yep, Kona always has had Steak and Eggs. My dad gets it and always enjoys it.

We also LOVE Kona. It is not very expensive and so worth it. Blueberry pancakes are SO GOOD as are the breakfast platter with the potatoes. We usually go there at least twice a trip for breakfast because it's so good.

Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge has an incredible breakfast buffet. So much to choose from and don't forget to try the frunch - at least I think that's what they call it. It's a mix of fruit juices...very delicious. Always tastes like more!
