Sunshine Seasons in The Land has some great breakfast options. Their Adult Breakfast is basically a little of everything - eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast and a biscuit. Nothing really special, but a good solid breakfast.

Sunshine Seasons for me as well. My family would eat a nice breakfast then hit up a relaxing Living with the Land ride.

I love the warm bread pudding at Sunshine Seasons. Mmmmmm, salivating just thinking about it. But I'd also second Les Halles, if you can wait until World Showcase opens at 11am. Tons of delicious treats to be had there!

I have to agree with the above recommendations, also the Akerhaus offers an expensive breakfast buffet with pictures etc. The Garden grill has a family style breakfast as well. I should also recommend the Captain’s Grille in the Yacht Club Resort right behind Epcot, they serve a very good breakfast as well.
Warm bread pudding sounds like something my dh would want.
Is this just a breakfast time option?

Yes, it's only served until 11am.
