Um...well...let's put it this way. If you ask for ketchup, your server yells "KETCHUP!" and everyone with a ketchup bottle brings their bottle to your table. You get the idea

I made a breakfast ADR for Kona! We're big coffee drinkers and I hear they have some great choices of coffee!

If you like it that much, they have bags of Kona coffee available to take home with you. Just ask your server

I agree with Sweet Melissa about Kona's "fishbowl" comment. That's why I don't really like it and wouldn't recommend.
