Best area at BW Inn/Bringing back treats??

Hello everyone :wave:
Our trip is exactly 8 days away :sohappy: and I have a few questions. We are staying at the Boardwalk Inn for the first time and was wondering if anyone could tell me a good standard view area I could request? A certain building that is good?
Also I plan on bringing back alot of treats for my kids. As long as they are sealed and in my luggage can I carry my bag on or do I have to check it? It is only liquid that is not allowed right?

The boardwalk inn rooms are in one building, the resort isn't as large as the other deluxe resorts so location isn't as much an issue here as it is in other places. The villa side is larger, so room location there can make a little bit of a difference. Food items are fine to bring as carry on items. The restrictions are on liquid, gels, creams, etc.

We had a great room during our stay. It was close to the quiet pool and we could watch Illluminations from our balcony every night. Wonderful! Have fun!
