Best adult only area/bar & best drink on Disney Dream?

Our first time on a Disney cruise next wk, as we expect our kids to spend a lot of time in the kids club, what are your favorite areas to get away and chill with spouse? Best place to grab a drink? What are the best drinks you have had from the bar? Thnx

Love the champagne cocktails. On the Dream that would be in Pink. Best is to sign up for a tasting or mixology or BOTH. Best bang for the buck and you get to sample a variety for the price of just a few. Every mixology and tasting I've done on a Disney ship included 5 drinks. At $15, that's 3 drinks free for each of us!

Best drink we had on the Girls' Cruise were the mojitos we made in the Mixology class.

Elsewhere, they do make a mean Long Island Ice Tea.

The best bar i would say is the one upstairs from the adult pool. As many kids cut through the area where the pool is the bar upstairs is less accessible to the random kids. We could not do the Pink tasting when we cruised because they were out of stock!!! but the chocolate tasting includes several samples of alcohol and was a great time.

Not sure of the name, but I think it was something like Latitude 43.5 at the Meridian Bar which was located between Remy and Palo on the Fantasy. Raspberry base but I would think the Dream has something similar.
