Well, I haven't been enough times to know what the ten best are, but some of my favorites include Teppan Edo, Coral Reef, and 50's PTC. I also enjoyed Be Our Guest. But I'm a picky eater, so it really depends on what kinds of foods you're looking for.

My personal top 10 list. I basically went with my favorites in any format, and I base these on a variety of factors like food, atmosphere, experience, cast, location, etc. There are several spots I have yet to dine in, like BOG in MK, so they aren't on my list. So I went with the ones that we've dined at and know. I have them ranked in my order of awesomeness :

10) Biergarten at Epcot
9) Crystal Palace at MK
8) Chef Mickeys at CR
7) Kona Cafe at Poly
6) Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL
5) Boma at AKL
4) Le Cellier at Epcot
3) Tutto Italia at Epcot
2) Jiko at AKL
1) Without a doubt California Grill at CR

Forgot to mention...chef mickeys gets honorable mention and we would never eat at Biergarten again. Only horrible dining experience we have ever had at WDW

The problem with most of these places, the menu is better for lunch.....so if you can eat a late lunch and skip dinner, go for it.

My family doesn't do expensive as do I though we did Le Cellier before it went way up in price and tried Biergarten this year. And expensive restaurants most likely equals less food. I'm very picky as you can see.

I would love to try Rose and Crown and some others.

My favourites:

Trail's End (by far the best buffet)
Boma (went for breakfast....wonderful)
Via Napoli
Chef's Mickeys (a classic)
Raglan Road (my favorite)
Beaches & Cream (only for dessert though)

others like Liberty Tree and the Plaza are nice but not amazing.
