She only does M&G for the kids who participate in the little show... She enters the room after everybody else is seated, and leaves the room before the "show" ends.

Try to go during a slower time, and see if they'll let you volunteer to play a "part". :)

I kinda recall you kind of being hustled out the door once the tale was over (belle leaves before the room is emptied). if you were a character in the play, I think you get a pic with Belle, but don't think all the audience gets a chance.

Belle still does Meet and Greets at Epcot in the France Pavilion late morning to early afternoon.

My friends who are Cast Members at Enchanted Tales try to only cast children during the busier times of the day, except for the suit of armor, who are always played by adults. My suggestion would be to go in the late evening. If the park doesn't close with the fireworks, try for about 45 minutes after Wishes.

When it's less busy at night there's a greater chance of an adult getting chosen to be a part of the experience. Also, there's a time towards the end of the Casting process where Madame Wardrobe will ask if anyone else wants a part. That'll be the time to raise your hand to try for a part.

Belle also does not sign autographs in Enchanted Tales. However, all volunteers will receive a bookmark with her signature printed on it.

A friend just went and no. Only with the kids which I, and I don't get upset with Disney often, is completely ridiculous!!!! (and ridiculous is not the actual word I want to use) My friend did get a part in the story so he got a picture with her but it was his wife's first time at WDW and that is her favorite princess. The CM told him, when he asked, that he can go to Epcot and see her there. My friend spent only one day at MK - they couldn't afford a longer trip with other parks. I think it is ridiculous. (again, insert other word).

OP - As mentioned, if you want to meet Belle in her yellow gown, your best bet is to try for one of the parts in ETwB. Just before she leaves they will herd any kids who didn't get a part through for a picture, but that's about it.

Last visit we met Belle twice - at the France pavilion of Epcot (by the lake - she was in her blue dress/apron) and again at MK Town Square Theater (yellow ball gown). Epcot was kind of random, it was earlier in the day but MK had a FastPass for it - it was Belle, Aurora, Cinderella, Mickey and Minnie

Since ETwB opened, she no longer greets in the Town Square Theater. I do believe she was replaced by Rapunzel.
