Does anyone know if the luggage storage room the Boardwalk is air conditioned?

I have no idea, but perhaps you could find the Boardwalk's phone number by calling the WDW switchboard (see my signtature), then call and ask them.

If I am not mistaken it is. I remember a friend finding out. Unless it was a different resort.

Yes, it is. I was there in July and the luggage storage room is located right behind the resort check-in desk.
