So now you pay $100 less for admission into parks that are dirtier, closed more often for hard ticketed events, have more attractions with non-working elements, is overcroweded, has centeran areas that have not had a refurb or refresh in decades, have other areas where the thought process is along the lines of "slap up a couple posters of our latest big movie and we will call it a new attraction", and have dining venues that have been homoginized with cheap food to fit into the DDP. I propose that you are paying a hundred dollars less for less value.
It really boils down to what makes you happy. You seem to be happy with saving $100 and getting poorer parks, less access per year, but some free pictures you can download. Me, that does not make me happy, so I go less. I had an AP for a number of years, but now no longer do. Sometimes my wife and I buy one if we are going to do a vacation with the kids, and a F&W weekend ni the same year, but even F&W is now becomming quite the hassle, and the value is not there. Offerings are repeated over and over, the lunches and dinners are not quite a well run, the crowds are insane, and the mechandise is just, well, crap. We really do not enjoy it as much as we used to, even if the price had stayed the same - but it has gone up every year.
