I just went on the WDW website to double check my dining reservations for my upcoming trip )less than 2 weeks) and only 3 of my 6 reservations came up. I was unable to retrieve the other 3.

So, of course - with my stomach churning - I got on the phone to WDW-Dine. Well, after mere seconds on hold (!) I talked to an extremely helpful and courteous agent king:seriously!:king who told me that not being able to retrieve all of your reservations right now is pretty typical because of the ongoing enhancements to the system.

The system will also be down again on Tues. 10/19.

BTW, ALL of my reservations were good and in the system! WHEW!

It seems this is happening to a lot of people. Unfortunately, most people get in panic mode despite multiple warnings that the system would be going down.

Yes - but would THIS have been particularly difficult for anyone with BASIC Web skills? WDW could have avoided a HUGE expense by hiring a competent High School student.:hammer:

Sounds great, unless it is your reservations and they happen to be in the next "few days".

See that little box on the right that says "Don't see all your reservations?" That box tells you can can retreive them manually. But when you can't, does that warrant a call? Or am I just wasting everyone's time?

Thanks for the update! I just checked my dining reservations and only 4 of the 5 are showing.

Even though Disney has the disclaimer on the website, I just had to call because I'm paranoid! The one that is not showing for me (Sci-Fi Drive in) is all booked on 12/13, so I was freaking out especially since it's the boyfriend's birthday that week and Sci-Fi is one of the places he was excited to try. The hold time was more than 10 minutes, and the reservation lady told me they've been getting lots of calls from other concerned people.

When in doubt, it's best to just call and double-check.
